Mr. FONG Po Kiu, Francis is currently a Honorary President of Hong Kong Information Technology Federation (HKITF); Founding & Honorary Chairman of Hong Kong Association of Interactive Marketing (HKAIM); President of Hong Kong Consumer Electronics Alliance (HKCEA); the Director of World Information Technology and Services Alliance (WITSA); Founder of e-Learning Consortium (eLC);Member of Telecommunications Regulatory Affairs Committee (TRAAC), Office of the Communications Authority (OFCA); Member of Management Committee on Smart Fund (TD); Council Member of Oxfam Hong Kong & Oxfam in Macau; Members of Information Technology Committee, The Boys' & Girls' Clubs Association of Hong Kong; Member of Innovation and Technology Business Management Committee, Hong Kong Red Cross, Member of Yan Oi Tong General Administration Committee etc.

NT Cheung is the Head of Information Technology & Health Informatics of the Hong Kong Hospital Authority (HA). He has taken HA from a “green fields” site to today’s situation where clinical information systems are ubiquitous and indispensable to the care delivery process. His current work focuses on innovation and digitization to ensure the sustainability of healthcare in Hong Kong, with work streams including the fourth generation of HA’s Clinical Management System (CMS), HA’s digital front door (HA Go) with integrated telehealth, AI at scale and the Smart Hospital. Together these are enabling new service delivery models with patient-centric personalised care, advanced data driven decision support and risk prediction, enhanced clinical communications & operations and radical improvements to the patient and staff experience.

NT is also the Consultant for eHealth for the Hong Kong Government where he led the development of the territory-wide Electronic Health Record Sharing System which launched in 2016 to integrate the entire health care ecosystem and is now advancing to eHealth+, a key enabling platform for health care policy in Hong Kong.

NT is also the CEO of EHPlus Digital, a HA spinoff which aims to make HA’s IT and data expertise and assets available to the wider health ecosystem, in Hong Kong and beyond.

NT has represented Hong Kong at the Global Health Digital Partnership since its inaugural Summit in 2018 and is an active participant in many of the GDHP workstreams. He is recognized as a fellow of both the International Academy of Health Sciences Informatics and the Australasian Institute of Digital Health.

Ricky Choi is responsible for promoting and driving the development of the Smart Living Cluster, with a particular focus on EdTech, HealthTech & GeronTech, GreenTech, PropTech, SocTech, RetailTech & Smart Mobility across Hong Kong and the region. Ricky aims to create abundant opportunities for younger generations to innovate by partnering with industry partners, associations, and ecosystem stakeholders within the Smart City/Smart Living framework.
With over 20 years of experience in the Smart Living and Retail Technology industries, Ricky is a member of the Retail Industry Group Executive Committee (RIG EXCO) of the HK Computer Society (HKCS), where he helps facilitate the launch of startups and pioneers automation solutions for retail industry. Ricky has also actively participated in public services related to education, industrial training, and youth development. Currently, he serves as a member of the Committee on Home-School Co-operation and Assessment Panel member on Award for Education Innovation, Chief Executive’s Award for Teaching Excellence, appointed by the Education Bureau of the Government of the HKSAR, and a member of The Electronics and Telecommunications Training Board of the Vocational Training Council (VTC).
He holds a BA (Hons) degree in Industrial Design from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, a Master of Arts degree in Architecture from Kingston University, London, an Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) from The Chinese University of Hong Kong, and has completed the Executive Education of Technology & Innovation Management Programme from Haas School of Business, University of California, Berkeley.

Dr. Xu have been engaged in professional practice in the field of healthcare for nearly 40 years both domestically and internationally, covering areas ranging from general surgery in clinical medicine, basic research in oncology, and advanced health care; and operation management of high-end foreign-funded hospitals and medical groups; and in terms of planning, design, project management of medical and health infrastructure construction. As the chief consulting expert, Dr. Xu led the entire process planning, programming, and monitoring design of Shenzhen Hospital of the University of Hong Kong, and also hosted consultations on the construction of dozens of healthcare facilities and real estate development for elderly care communities. Recently, in the state healthcare organization, he has been exploring on the practical application of artificial intelligence transforming into the healthcare management services, conformance of advanced medical operation, and cross-border resource integration of the systematic practice of health industry development. Dr. Xu holds a PhD. in Surgery from the PLA Medical College，formerly served as an attending physician in the Hepatobiliary Surgery Department of 301 Hospital.

Ms. Elsa Wong is the Managing Director of NEC Hong Kong Limited, covering business in Hong Kong, Macao and GBA. As a leader of information and communications technology, NEC's areas of expertise include biometric technology, artificial intelligence, public safety, smart city solutions, intelligent transportation, cloud computing, network communication systems as well as storage systems. Elsa brings competitive advantages to the organization in terms of innovative technology research and development. She has more than 25 years of experience in the IT industry and successfully replicating the business outside of Hong Kong and Macao.

She holds a degree in Mechatronic Engineering, a master degree in Computer Science and an EMBA (HKUST Kellogg).
